We are patient girls and we're considerate and helpful to customers who reciprocate it. However, once in a while, you're bound to meet one of those nasty inconsiderate customers. We are understanding, since customer service is of great importance to us, so we expect that you show some consideration for us as well.

HOW DO YOU GET ONTO THE DBL?
1. If we send you payment details (to your email account) and you disappear.
[The least you could do is just tell us that you're no longer interested in the item (and you have to do so within 2 days of us sending you the email) and we'll understand. We know that sometimes you girls/guys rush to get some items so you just order without thinking and then later on decide that you don't want them. Well, if that's the case, please do be considerate and realise that other girls/guys have to wait for your deal to fall through before they're able to get the item. So once you know that you don't want the item anymore (which's within the 2 days grace we give you), please tell us immediately.]

2. If you order something (via comment/email) and then fail to reply our emails and just disappear.
[Please note that "order" something means that you leave a comment/send us an email to say that you want an item]

3. If you "confirm" an order and then back out later on.
[To confirm an order, you will have to specifically state in your comment/email that you are "confirm"ing the item(s). You will then be given priority. So if you back out later on it, it's unfair to others who did come first but didn't confirm it :( ]

HOW DO YOU GET OFF THE DBL?
Send us an email at info@cocoquettes.com, explaining why you disappeared.
However, if it happens again, you'll be back on the list permanently and when this happens, you will be banned from purchasing from us in the future.

WHAT'S SO BAD ABOUT BEING ON THE DBL?
a) You will still be allowed to make purchases from us, however, priority will be removed from your order such that if other customers make their order later than you but are able to make immediate payment, your item will be given to the other customer instead.
b) Everyone who visits this page will be able to see your offence + email address.
c) If other business owners visit this page and see your email address here, they might not want to deal with you.

Email: sum2erflake@hotmail.com
Item: Customisation
Comments: Disappeared after replying her regarding her necklace customisation.

Email: u0500917@nus.edu.sg
Item: Motherly Love
Comments: She confirmed that she wanted the item and said she'd transfer the money. Payment details were then sent to her through email and she never did the transfer and never apologised nor explained why she disappeared.

Email: smilegal89@hotmail.com
Items: Caught In The Web Of Love + Butterfly Language
Comments: She left comments for four different items. After sending her the payment details, she decided she only wanted two of the items, one of which was a remake. New payment details were then sent and while waiting for her to make payment, I remade Caught In The Web Of Love for her. Then she disappeared and never replied any of my mails so I was stuck with a remake of an item and then had to place it on sale at a later date. Very inconsiderate customer.

Email: angela_christy@hotmail.com
Item: Cupid's Mistake
Comments: She's bought from us quite a few times before and all the while she's been very prompt in payment and she's been very nice. However this time, she failed to make payment within the given time and then after I emailed her, she replied to ask for an extension which was then granted. She failed to meet the extended deadline and never replied to mails after that.

Email: balloony0805@yahoo.com
Item: BFF Necklace V.2
Comments: She ordered this necklace and failed to pay by the deadline given so I told her I'd sell it to the next girl in line. Then she replied and explained and said she would make payment by 12midnight the next day. Payment deadline was extended for her by a day and then she failed to make payment again and never replied after that.

Email: alexandria_tobias@hotmail.com
Item: Bloodstain + Ever After
Comments: Failed to meet the payment deadline and decided to cancel order after confirmation.

Email: first.desire@hotmail.com
Item: Take My Fragile Heart

Email: whisp3r521@hotmail.com
Item: Take My Fragile Heart
Comments: Payment details were sent to her and she exceeded the payment deadline and didn't email to ask for an extension or anything. I sent her an email to ask her if she still wanted it and a few days later she replied saying yes she still wanted it but then she never made payment and totally disappeared.

Email: andreatan91@gmail.com
Item: Hope Harbour
Comments: Commented on the entry to order the item. Was sent payment invoice thereafter, and then was sent another reminder when the payment deadline was passed. Never replied to any of the emails and completely disappeared. Subsequently tried to comment on another post for a different item.

Email: beebleweebles@hotmail.com
Item: CS03 + CS15 (Clearance items)
Comments: Commented on the entry to purchase both items. Later on changed her mind and decided she only wanted one out of the two items she originally commented for. When warned that for doing so she would be placed on the DBL, she proceeded to cancel her whole order altogether. Someone please educate me, what is it that is so difficult to comprehend about not commenting if you're not sure?

Email: boinkety@hotmail.com
Item: Happily Never After
Comments: She's purchased from us a couple of times before and the transactions all went through smoothly. However, this time, she placed an order for this item and then disappeared. I sent her an email saying that I could extend her deadline if she needed one and I tried to be really understanding and accommodating. She still didn't reply. After 24h after her original payment deadline, I emailed her to let her know I was selling it to the next person in line. I then told her that if she didn't wish to be placed on the DBL, she should contact me within the next 7 days to let me know why she had disappeared. No reply till today :(

Email: mambogoddess11@hotmail.com
