New payment details were then sent and while waiting for her to make payment, I remade Caught In The Web Of Love for her. Then she disappeared and never replied any of my mails so I was stuck with a remake of an item and then had to place it on sale at a later date. Very inconsiderate customer.

However this time, she failed to make payment within the given time and then after I emailed her, she replied to ask for an extension which was then granted. She failed to meet the extended deadline and never replied to mails after that.

Then she replied and explained and said she would make payment by 12midnight the next day. When warned that for doing so she would be placed on the DBL, she proceeded to cancel her whole order altogether. Someone please educate me, what is it that is so difficult to comprehend about not commenting if you're not sure?

Comments: She's purchased from us a couple of times before and the transactions all went through smoothly. However, this time, she placed an order for this item and then disappeared. I sent her an email saying that I could extend her deadline if she needed one and I tried to be really understanding and accommodating. She still didn't reply. After 24h after her original payment deadline, I emailed her to let her know I was selling it to the next person in line. I then told her that if she didn't wish to be placed on the DBL, she should contact me within the next 7 days to let me know why she had disappeared. No reply till today :(

She then replied to say she was sorry and our emails went to her spam so she didn't see the invoice and asked us to let her know which items were still available so she could make payment and get herself off the dead buyers list. We sent a second invoice with a new payment deadline but failed to hear from her since.

Comments: Placed an order for this item and failed to make payment on the first given deadline. We sent a reminder and subsequently told her that she would be on the dead buyers list if she failed to repsond. She replied saying that the invoice went into her spam and was away for work so she'd like more time for payment. Her item had already been released for another customer so we had to place an extra order for her since we were conducting a private backorder. The item arrived and she was supposed to make payment but exceeded the deadline yet again! We sent a couple of reminders and she even thanked us for the reminders, saying that she really needed them and would make payment that night. We did not receive payment and have not heard from her since.
